Nací  en Isla de La Palma,  España, en 1972. A los 13 años llegué a Venezuela. Más tarde en este país me gradué en la carrera de mercadotecnia.

A los 25 años empezó mi  interés por la fotografía. Pasó de sólo un hobby a ser mí estilo de vida, mi pasión, en pocas palabras, mi profesión, mi trabajo, Desde entonces he realizado cursos y seminarios que han fortalecido mi habilidad innata por la fotografía. Con el correr de los años he logrado crear mi propio estilo, donde destaca  mi preferencia por el blanco y el negro, el claroscuro. La luz es protagonista de mis reproducciones.

Me desempeño principalmente como fotógrafo profesional de bodas, siendo esto un gran reto, un agradable desafío para mí. No solo por la gran responsabilidad que representa captar el desarrollo de tan especial acontecimiento, sino, por la velocidad como se desarrollan y se presentan estos hechos, pero sobre todo y además, por la imposibilidad de repetir las tomas, pues no hay otra oportunidad. Con el tiempo, estudiando, evaluando, analizando, he logrado brindar nuevas perspectivas de la fotografía de boda, capturando los verdaderos momentos, de la manera más natural posible mientras transcurren y se desarrolla el evento. Mi objetivo, básicamente, es contar la historia de tu boda.

Todos estos elementos mencionados, me han llevado a dedicarme exclusivamente y por completo a cada pareja, convirtiendo mi trabajo en algo especial y sobre todo personalizado. En el mundo de las bodas, las  parejas siempre buscan la mejor iglesia, la mejor música o el mejor vestido. Olvidándose que el trabajo fotográfico será lo único que les permitirá recordar ese día. No hay como un álbum de  fotos y un buen video para revivir muchas emociones y disfrutar desde otro punto de vista todo lo que vimos y lo que no vimos también, esto es muy importante.

A la hora de elegir un fotógrafo para la boda se debe evaluar además del trabajo, la capacidad de atención, respeto y trato con la pareja. Esta, me refiero a la pareja, debe sentirse cómoda, a gusto con el estilo del fotógrafo ya que de allí proviene en gran parte el éxito del trabajo. Por tal motivo establezco con las parejas una relación de especial respeto, sin forzarlos nunca a hacer lo que yo quiero. Los escucho para saber qué es lo que realmente quieren y les ofrezco mi creatividad y experiencia basada en mi estilo auténtico y espontáneo.

Conjuntamente, complemento mi servicio foto periodístico con la elaboración de auténticos álbumes. Unos  diagramados manualmente y otros de manera digital, donde la edición fotográfica previa es realizada meramente por mí, con la intención de evitar la manipulación excesiva de las fotos o alterar su esencia y los ángulos captados. Para mí, es como un patrón, el mejor retoque es el que no se percibe. Igualmente ofrezco el servicio de video, para el que cuento con un equipo muy destacado de expertos que continúan apoyando las líneas de creatividad y autenticidad que son unas de las características en mi profesión ya de varios años.

La filosofía de mi servicio y la búsqueda constante de mi crecimiento como fotógrafo, me permiten los medios para realizar trabajos en el exterior. Como complemento, de igual forma, entre semanas, realizo sesiones fotográficas y retratos destacándose las de mujeres embarazadas. En ellas el trabajo limpio, sobrio y creativo marca la diferencia.

Pienso que es importante destacar como parte de mi responsabilidad humanitaria con la sociedad en la que vivo, que realizo con mucho cariño, sin interés económico de por medio, la producción fotográfica de los cinco calendarios de FUNDANICA. FUNDANICA, es una fundación de ayuda al niño con cáncer del Estado Carabobo. Esta es la estrategia de recaudación de fondos más significativa para esta Fundación. www.fundanica.org.ve

I was born in Isla de La Palma, Spain in 1972. At the age of 13 I moved to Venezuela with my family and later on I studied Marketing.

At the age of 25 I was exposed to a new hobby “Photography” but as the years went by I discovered my passion for it. Today, Photography is my career and part of my life. Since then, I have attended to many courses and seminars that had made my natural ability for Photography stronger. As the years go by, I have accomplished and revealed my own style, Black & White and Chiaroscuro. The Light plays the lead role of my reproductions.

My main performance as a Photographer is “Weddings”, being this a challenge for many; it is a pleasure for me. Not because of the big responsibility this represents, in capturing the on-going events of such special occasion, but above all for the inability of repeating those unique moments at the right time. During these years I have studied, evaluated and analyzed my work and I have accomplished new perspectives of the photography in weddings, capturing the unique and natural moments that occurs during the event. My objective is to tell the story of your wedding. It is to outline and to promote the best photojournalism for weddings for the Bride and the Groom of course. All these elements mentioned above, had taken me to work with only “one” wedding per day. The idea is to dedicate myself entirely and exclusively to each couple, translating my work into something special and personalized.

In the world of weddings, each couple look for the best temple, the best venue, the best music, the best dress, the best food; putting aside that the photography will allow them to remember each moment of that day. There is nothing like a photo album and a great video to bring back to life all those beautiful memories of the wedding day. At the time of selecting a photographer for the wedding, you have to evaluate certain things besides the actual work; the capacity of attention, respect and connection with the couple. I mean the couple should feel comfortable with the style of the photographer because this is what it makes the job successful.

This is why I establish a special relationship with the couple, without forcing them to do anything that I want to do. I hear them, to know what they want; I offer them my creativity and experience to help them achieve what they want. Along with my work and as a complement of my service, I offer a variety of unique photo albums created by me; in order to minimize the excessive manipulation of the pictures and helping to keep the essence of each moment in the picture. For me it is like a “Patron” the best retouch is the one you cannot see.

I also offer a service of video filming, in which I rely on an outstanding group of professionals that support the creativity and authenticity of my job through the years. The philosophy of my work and the constant search for growth as a photographer, allowed me to work internationally. In addition to this I have started to work with another side of the beauty of women “pregnancy”.

It is also important to mention, the responsibility I have with the humanitarian society I live in. I conduct the production of four year calendars for FUNDANICA. FUNDANICA is an organization that helps children with cancer located in Carabobo, Venezuela. This project in which I work in, it is one of the most significant strategies of raising funds for this organization. www.fundanica.org.ve
